    at the end of the first season with Rushall, I have free 2.4k free wage budget. They just letting me to offer 50 pounds a week for star players. During the first season I was not able to hire a physio or a scout because the board was only letting me to offer 100 pounds a week and the minimum anyone wanted was 150 pounds a week. I thought it was because I was at a small club, but now I believe it's a bug.

    I have this bug also with staff. I managed to get staff in Vanarama National South by offering clauses and bonuses with the 100 p/w offer but now I am in League 2 and I can only offer 200 p/w but everyone wants 425 p/w. This is incredibly annoying.
