    The injury frequency went from none to almost every week all of the sudden all across my team from February to April

    There are times when you will get more injuries just as a result of bad luck, but having 7 overall doesn't stand out as being too many. There are many instances where clubs face this reality. If it persists there may be something to investigate but at this stage it would stand out more as just being an instance of bad luck than anything else.
