The injuries may not be more often than in FM23 but the injuries that your team does get tend to be much more severe. Bruised shins are now broken legs and ACLs.

Our QA team will take a look into your save and review things further. There's a lot of circumstantial factors involved with injuries to do with schedules, how you deploy your players, tactical intensity so there is a lot for our QA team to review and the impacts this has.
