  • Transfer budget not increasing

    Description of issue

    Despite 2 promotions and qualifying for the Europa conference league the only way I'm able to buy players is by selling players due to my transfer budget never increasing.

     

    Save file added, would be good to know if this was a bug.

    There are some different factors that go into determining the budgets available, so our QA team will have a few different areas to look into. Thanks for providing the save files and taking the time to share this one.
