Any updates? It seems to be just a reputational thing or a preference for CA for youth managers.

 

It also happens when you let the Ass man take friendlies for the first team...that 2 star 17 year old bench player doesn't get much/if any action. If of any help and I presume it is not as easy as said, but just copy what you guys had last year and it should be fixed. FM23 was good for equal distribution of game time!

I have uploaded another there—same name and using Liverpool again but different save for consistency purposes. 

Uploaded a Real Madrid one to see how it works with B/C Teams).

Off topic but in the Liverpool one you can see how players moan for new contracts unfairly (In my opinion) and its poor effects, hopefully that can be eased up too.
