u20 u18 managers not using my team selection

Hello, can you please upload your save file showing this?

In real u20 u18 games they will listen but in friendlies  they wont use what i tell them in the selection advice email for u20 u18..and they also not using the highest pa players for some reason..they are all unfit so its not match fitness

If my u20 u18 managers not playing my talents they not building match fitness so they cant train well either..it ruins the whole development from the start.its a big bug

please fix im waiting so long so i can play <3
