Currently on my 3rd game save in Lower League Spain and experiencing the same issue each time regarding Staff recruitment. As has been the case for the past 3 versions of Football Manager, when hiring staff to either your 'B' or u19 teams, the weekly wage only accepted by potential candidates is always in the region of 1500 euros. Obviously this is both unrealistic and unfeasible for lower league clubs which leads me to beleive it is a bug.
