Juddering Gameplay since Driver Update

Can't find out to remove this - but a reinstallation of the driver and restart later this seems to have resolved!

Im getting this aswell the FPS does not drop just looks like a vibration not all the time its now and then

FYI mine resolved once reinstalling the driver and restarting . May have been a dodgy driver install first time round?

Same here after 497.29 NVIDIA update. Didn't had it before.
