  • Can't hire full-time scouts (despite being able to offer full-time contracts and big $$ for all other staff roles)

    I am able to offer full-time staff contracts and big wages for all roles except scouts - these appear to be limited to part time contracts.

    If there is a game system behind this, it's not evident and looks like a bug. It would be helpful if there were a screen where I could see my staff wage limits and hiring restrictions.

    • Steps To Reproduce:
      - Open the save file
      - Attempt to hire anyone in staff search as a scout - only part-time contracts are available
