  • Training view "Coaching Team" indicator is inaccurate

The indicator says I have 5 coaches for my youth team (U19).

But when I go to the coaching assignments, it turns out I have 9.

It's unclear why some of these coaches are available here, when they are not available for my reserve team (1860 Munchen B). Why is the Fitness coach available for the youth team but not the reserve team? Same for the Goalkeeping coach.

These issues make it difficult to hire. Each team has its own staff limits, but apparently some staff can be shared and I don't know which.

    • Steps To Reproduce:
      - Open the save file
      - Go to Training > Coaches view for the reserve and youth teams
      - Compare the "Coaching Team" indicator with the staff actually available when you click "Edit Coach Assignments"

Overall it would be a benefit to share staff burdens and some like the head of youth development being involved in their training makes sense to me at least. As could involvement from senior coaches. Nevertheless, I've passed it over to QA as they can check this further and confirm if this is expected behaviour or not.

Sounds reasonable, I'd understand if it turns that out coaching availability is working as intended. For me this is more of a clarity issue - if there's a way to find out which staff can cross squad boundaries, I haven't discovered it.

Imho it would be useful to surface this in all the UIs where the player is likely to be considering staffing decisions (contract negotiations, staff contract ending email, etc).
