question about transfer in game without transfer window on start game

still this option with the first closed window is bugged (now in FM23), players want me to buy players for the team (we have few players in one of the positions), but I closed the first transfer market

If you can log a bug post in the FM23 tracker & provide a save game we will investigate it further. While it may be the same issue, it might not be the same reason behind it emerging now as this was something we had resolved previously.
