  • The big swing in manager performance rating after one game

    Description of issue

    The board expectation was to finish in top 4 (promotion group). Before the said game I was sitting in fifth with a game in hand, as seen below:

    And the manager performance rating is D...

    After winning the game (it was again the second to last) the competition rating increased from 39% to 63%, and the manager performance in general from D to B...

    In reality this one game shouldn't matter because the next 3 games were against the other top 4 and thus should be much more crucial.

    My question is, is the board's behavior normal, or is AI judging too prematurely?

    Or is it a side effect of Portugal liga 3 rules, where the teams can only finish either in the promotion or the relegation playoff, with no chance in the "mid-table", so the board vision is either completed or failed miserably (as in the difference between a top-4 and a bottom-4 finish in a regular league)?

    Looking at the fact some teams are locked into the relegation play-off already it looks like you're quite late into the season @cheny which would mean at this stage a couple of games could define your season and given its a very clear line which above you've succeeded, below you've failed then it doesn't seem to unreasonable for the club to be unhappy if at later stages you're on track to miss out and then change once you're looking to go through. Do you have a save game before one of the dramatic swings take place and then our QA team can investigate further.
