Weird moth rest in Indonesian first league

Hey @Koen how many seasons are you into your save - some leagues do have mid-season breaks for different reasons but I have to be honest I'm not too familiar with the structure of the Indonesian league and a lot of the information I could find myself has mostly been talking about alterations made as a result of covid rather than what the correct schedule should be.

I guess I am in my forth season. I know about mid season breaks. The weird thing however is they are not on holiday, I can arrange friendlies and I can alter, but not save / confirm training schedules.

At first I thought it might have something to do with the ramadan, but I could not find any info online about that at the 2nd division does not have a break. Also, some teams do have matches. Last year, I had a match in the middle of the weeks of rest-scheduled training and I could not train before the match
