Match Rating goes up after missing a pen

Hey @sullg26535 thanks for raising this one I've seen you raising a few issues and its appreciated. Apologies for the slowness of the response. We have had a new minor update and I'm wondering if you can confirm whether or not this issue is still present in the game for you? I realise given the nature of the issue it could be difficult. If so, then I can look to move this to live game issues section.
