Only able to make 3 subsitutions when rules say 5(+1 in extra time) in European Champions Cup League Path Qualifying Round Second Leg

Hey @jakehs92 do you have a save game from before you played this match so that we can look to try to reproduce this issue, along with the pkm of the game I think this will be the best way for our QA team to investigate. Jake, remember that although you are entitled to those extra subs, you can't make them at 5/6 different intervals. 

In the first 90 minutes you can only make 3 sub stoppages. For example:

2 subs at 50:00, 2 subs at 75:00 and 1 sub at 89:00 would be allowed. 

1 sub at 50:00, 1 sub at 60:00, 1 sub at 75:00, 1 at 85:00 and 1 at 89:00 wouldn't be allowed.

Is that what the issue could've been do you think?
