    Description of issue

    Players added to the development list are loaned out with future fees (so effectively sold). 

    I only wanted the player loaned, not transferred. now i have lost control over the players future

    • Steps To Reproduce:
      loan offers arer marked as loans but have future fees - not really a loan.
