Melbourne City's Matthew Leckie is not listed as a Designated Player and either he or half of the first team squad has to be deregistered as a result. His wages also exactly match the amount required for the rest of the squad to meet the salary cap.
Head Coach has also confirmed that he's outside the salary cap
