Description of issue
Just started my first save on fm22 with ajax and when I got into the first media conference I was asked whether I'd be looking to hire new coaches as our team apparently lacked staff members. Once I went to the staff menu to see how bad the problem was I noticed that my staff team consisted of me, a DOF and a chief doctor, no other staff whatsoever. I've quick started a new save and it still showed that Ajax had no staff.

Start any save with Ajax
