    Description of issue

    Hello, I recently bought FM23 and I am about a year into my first save and when I went to look at academy teams none of the squads had any players in them or they would be greyed out and you could not sign them. I looked and saw that a majority of the un-playable teams were like this. I remeber from fm22 there was some of the greying out but a lot of the teams at least had some young prospects.  Is there a way I can fix this or do I need to wait longer for the teams to become active? Thanks for any help.

    There are settings when creating a file which can influence this area. Players can still come through at these clubs but if you don't have a sufficiently high level of players loaded for that nation and its not a playable nation then they will be less frequent.
