    I appreciate this is a very niche bug and most won’t come across it m, including it being hard to replicate but it’s just about ruining my current saved game.

    If a club bids for a player and the board interferes and accepts it because it’s too good to turn down, you are presented with two options via buttons in the news item - Protest Transfer or Resign.

    Protest Transfer then allows you to meet with the chairman and ask them to cancel the transfer - “he’s a fan favourite” or “he’s a great prospect and we’d benefit more from keeping him than selling him” etc.

    However if a club offers to loan him at the same time as a “too good to turn down” transfer offer comes in, I can accept/negotiate/reject the loan bid, but there are no options anywhere to Protest Transfer or Resign.

    This needs to be fixed, as I’ve lost three players this way.

    Unfortunately I've progressed far beyond this point. If it happens again in the summer transfer window, I'll upload a save.
