    When I look at my manager profile, the face does not appear & whenever there is a news article mentioning my manager, it just shows a box with a shadow & no face.

    Thanks for sharing this one with us. Are you using any custom facepacks at all? This may be an effect. It would be beneficial if you could share your save game with us so the QA team can investigate. A guide on how to do so is available here:

    Yes, I was using a custom facepack. I just removed it & my manager’s face came back. I had used the same facepack before on FM22 with no issues, which is strange.
