  • Cannot upgrade youth facilities

    Description of issue

    I am now in season 7 of my save and have not had the option to upgrade my youth facilities, however in the meantime I have been able to upgrade the training facilities to 'state of the art'. During this time my youth facilities have been stuck at 'impressive'.
