Maybe they walked?

There's a few teams coming under scrutiny at the moment for flying short distances rather than getting coaches. There are a lot of weird aspects to what clubs do when travelling. This isn't to dismiss your point, but some clubs do prefer to have the team together the night before a game. Having players away from the distractions of day to day life and focusing on the game has some merits. It also helps to reduce potential impacts such as a traffic accident on a major road the day of the game. 

It's something for our QA team to take a look at and maybe an area in which feature requests could exist to possibly give managers different options as to how they want their clubs to approach these kinds of situations and potential benefits/impacts that could have.
