    I coach Airbus UK, a semi-professional club in Wales. In contract negotiations to hire staff (e.g., scout), they require ridiculously low salaries, such as 200 pounds per year. Even for a part-time job at a semi-pro club, you'd expect a better wage or allowance. 

    This is an old, old problem in FM. Maybe you can fix it this time around?
