    Description of issue

    I wanted to test if there is a bug with transfer hints when we have player experience set to "inexperienced", and I came across a funny bug 😂
    I started as Real Madrid, picked a random player, no club, and entered into a contract offer.
    No kidding me

    I test it on one or 2 player but imo it work on players without club

    Probably i started with lowest possible lvl for both exp
