Unable to offer flexibility when selling players

Could we have a save file prior to the issue occurring, as well as some screenshots if possible?

I've uploaded my save file and it is entitled: clauseerror-Liverpool - Brazil.fm

I've attached the screenshot "Capture3" to display what I'm talking about. All clauses do not have the option to make them semi-negotiable.
