Youth Intake player refuses to sign with me

Are you able to upload a save showing the issue? Ideally from just before this occurs.

I can upload a save from the exact day I tried to offer the contracts to them, and up to 3 weeks before, but not from before the youth intake came through. Is that alright?

Both would be great please.

 

Uploaded as "Unable to sign youth intake older" and "Unable to sign youth intake contract day" - as an add on, when I asked the director of football to take care of it he was able to sign the players, but it wouldn't work when I tried to negotiate.
