I made this tactic on 2011-2012 season ..

3. This is a team tactic. There's no one who plays ball less the others.

4. Eight central players in the pitch, that provides control of game. ( Central players can be run to the wings if it is a necessary ) and a chess player says: Centre is the most important part of the games .

5. When you are attacking, amc players can get ball from deep and create a lot of chances.

6. When defending , there is a rock behind and no one can past it .

7. You don't need to spend for full backs and strikers.

Specific Conditions For Players

Gk: handling, reflex , one on one , positionning. ( best in the world is casillas. Akinfeev , adler , asenjo , stekelenburg , enyeama are also good players with less value )

Side DCs: pace + acceleration must be at least 27. Also need positionning, tackling, concentration, heading , marking and anticipation. ( best in the world ramos and chiellini, n'koulou is good prospect, coloccini , diakhate , micah richards are also brilliant )

Central DC: must be tall and dominant in the air ( Fazio scores more than 30 goals every season ). Also need strength, tackling , and good mentality for lead the others. ( best in the world fazio. Sakho , Terry wonderfull. Subotic , gueye also good.

Mr & Ml: Stamina is key. Also need at least 36 ( tackling + positionning + marking ). Pace acceleration, dribbling work rate for the attacking variations. ( best ml: guardado , vargas, Marcelo also good...Best mr: dani alves , srna . Santon is great prospect also willians are brilliant.) and a lot of mc players can be retrained for mr & ml like mehmet ekici , diarra etc. )

Dmc: Positionning , anticipation , tackling work rate and stamina. Best ones are veloso and mascherano with de rossi. Moussa Sissoko, capoe, ignacio camacho are great prospects.

Mc: This player is the brain of team. Passing , creativity are key. Players like xavi, iniesta and gerrard are world class. Alan Dzagoev, moutinho espensive prospects. ekdal ,ekici , also good.

AMC: pace , acceleration , dribbling , off the ball , passing , creativity , finishing must be good. ( messi , kaka , ronaldo, agüero ,marquinhos , fleck are great. Fast strikers with passing can be retrained amc ).

The Successfull Moments

1. Won 6 Trophy per a season ( la liga, champions league , euro super cup , spanish super cup , club world and spanish cup ).

Quite amazing how in every old CM and FM versions there's always no striker tactics that work wonders. The best FM2008 tactics I've experienced were the ones without FC's.

I wonder challenge keeper is a bug. Fazio ( central defender ) is set to challenge keeper in corners and score a lot. Sometimes he could be a hat-trick hero.

I agree with you. I gave the best players for example. Something like that, current galatasaray manager rijkaard use 4-3-3 as he does with barcelona. He plays right wing Abdul - Kader Keita. There's no one like messi, but keita's character and abilities like the messi's ones, even there are a quality difference , best players can be very good examples for the managers.

I really like this tactic, i must admit! First season i finished 1 point after Chelsea with Man Utd (Chelsea only lost 1 match that season) My problem is when i face teams like Chelsea. They won league and knocked me out of both league cup and champions league. I did sell/buy ALOT the first season, so i think this season it will shine. My only problem is the middle of the 3 AMC. He's ratings are really bad. Ive been using Rooney/Tevez in that position. This season i did sell Rooney and spend every daim on Aûgero.

Second season: I finished 2 in the PL 1 point after Arsenal (after i draw 0-0 at home in the last match. First match in 25 games i didnt score)

I won the champions league

Lost league cup final to Chelsea (i allways have it hard vs. them)

Beaten in fifth round of the FA cup (this early in the cup i only used reserves, so can be unlucky)

Im pleased yes, but ofc you allways want them to perform better. Biggest problem is vs the big clubs like Chelsea, City and Arsenal.

Shortly after the screenshot i started to use Ansaldi > Santon (he is developing nicely though)

Wes Brown isnt the best defender there is, but he is fast and seem to be doing quite well.

Overall, thx for a great tactic!

How do the center of your amc perform?

I generally use balotelli on center amc he's doing very well, scoring over 20 and assisting over 15. I realized that the center amc needs a little strength.

the other thing, a master set piece taker can help a lot. On champions league semi final, my team get over arsenal 5-1. There was three free-kick goals, two from balotelli and the other one from dzagoev.

Remember, this tactic cannot be used in every team. Cause there is no striker. For example chelsea is very bad choice for this tactic because there are no AMC, only joe cole. Some teams are based on target strikers like bayern , sevilla , aston villa etc. So first season in that teams can be very painfull.

I recommend teams like Hoffenhaim, napoli for average. Lazio , villarreal , tottenham also could play for title challenge.

Looks like this is a nice tactic, but are you happy with Fazio scoring 30 goals a season? One of the key things about FM for me is the realism. Having a CB as your top scorer detracts heavily from the point of the game IMO.

I think fazio is the best player who can do that. I tried this tactic several teams including galatasaray, but in these teams , there is no cb who can score more than 10

I am trying out this tactic and notice that "use playmaker" is ticked off. Which position should be the playmaker?

My real play maker is Dzagoev who plays MC. There was some special things that make me tick use playmaker.

First of all, dzagoev has passing 20 and creativty 20 and also have great technical and mental attributes. So I want him as much as he can dictate the play.

And my second one is Sergio Agüero, he is a real hero and I think if I push my players to play agüero, I can get better performanco from him.
