OugaBagga
On my game I am drawing to the close of the 2011/2012 season and I was looking around for old players just to see what they were up to and I looked for Edgar Davids and well see for yourself Just out of curiosity where has he ended up on everyone else's games? Lordarod
Someone from SI will soon say "Okay their pace/acc has dropped, but look at the rest of their stats! They're still top quality players that should be good enough for most teams." Hi Neil.
z1xiang
lol.. still fighting strong... look at the pace.. ha.. maybe the whole match all he did was stand still and pass the ball.

I expected he would sign for some bottom half to mid table premiership team or even Rangers or Celtic but I definatley didn't expect him to sign for Hamilton
trekman
I expected he would sign for some bottom half to mid table premiership team or even Rangers or Celtic but I definatley didn't expect him to sign for Hamilton Dundee tried to sign him a few years ago before they went into administration. I think the stumbling block was his wages. Even though he's 39 in the game and really doesnt need the mnoney i still think he'd demand more than 2300 per week in wages. Encatuse
On my save he plays in the 2nd Swiss Devision. He has good technical attributes but because of his physical attributes he plays really bad. His team is fighting against relegation.
pvt.Pietrenko
Just look at Davids when you begin the game. You can even buy him to Sparta Prague.
Thrustking56
I bought rivaldo with amazing stats, was awefull due to the lack of pace

Kain
Only player I've had success with who's had really bad pace was Jardel for Notts County in FM09, and that was because I set the team up to just lump the ball at his head.

looknohands
Can sign him to an MLS squad for the low, low salary of $34,000 a year...along with Viduka, Sibierski (sp?), Savio, etc.... In real life you'd probably have to add an extra 0 to that amount!
AndreTheShadow
I signed him in the Norwegian Premier league and used him mostly as a back-up, since he was so unbelievably slow. Quality player, though. Juve Legend
jamiegough
I expected he would sign for some bottom half to mid table premiership team or even Rangers or Celtic but I definatley didn't expect him to sign for Hamilton He definitely is NOT good enough for Rangers or Celtic
Abaka
He's old enough for Celtic though!
woody2goody
I think this points to an AI training issue to be honest. Edgar Davids would still have at least 10 pace at the age of 38 IMO. He's pretty fast for his age.
Aim_Less
Edgar "Pit-bull" Davids my favorite player he is the reason i started enjoying football

graemeS
I signed davids on a free at newcastle. He wasn't very good so i released him. quite hoenstly, at the higher levels, players do need some pace and strength to play most positions, with the possible exception of a playmaker or attacking midfielder playing in the hole, who needs creativity, passing, decisions and technique more than anything. lukekarts
Nice to see physical attributes in FM10 regress just as pathetically badly as in FML. I think some adjustments are needed...

Ty
In that screenshot, he has got mental and technical attributes to challenge with the likes of Pirlo
Elmo
I usually try and sign Riquelme. I dont care if he has no pace, I just set him as target man with ball to feet Works a treat.
OugaBagga
Judging by those technical attributes it looks like he would make a decent centre defender
