rossor117
Just wondering what people look for in thier assistant manger?? Just about to start a new game, and was going to keep the same persons for the entire save
Jelle Slaets
I usually pick one who has good judging player ability/potential, so he recommends some good players, and then I make sure he has a 6-7 star training rating, so he's not a waste of staff. Krald
I know "ass" on itself is an american word, but I can't help but think it means either a man who has a fascination with arses, or donkeys. It just doesn't say assistant to me .
trekman
I look for high stats (at least 15) in the following areas :- Judging player ability\potential Motivation Man Management Tactical Knowledge Determination When looking for an assistant I dont specify this in the staff role because you can get a lot of good coaches\youth coaches with these stats who make excellent assistant managers. dafuge
Depends what you are going to be using him for really. I like to use mine to judge my current squad and take press conferences, so I go for judging player ability (& potential) and motivating. This is my current assistant, he's been great. Vell1980
Do staff have hidden attributes, as players do? I ask because my although my backroom team recommend good players to scout out, they frequently recommend staff members with terrible stats. I don't know whether to go with their suggestions in the hope that although the stats are bad there's something magical behind the scenes that makes them great, or whether they're just trying to get their mates a job... deltablue
Generally player rating ability, though if someone has a strong set of coaching stats, that could well clinch it over someone who's CA and PA judgement is a bit better.
