One thing I have heard was when we signed Michael to our academy many moons ago. Not sure when he joined, his father said he'd only join us if we accepted his two brothers. Kevin and Andy. Its like sachet powder with flavour when mixed with hot water turns into a drink to help a cold. You get other things from them to but thats an example.
