Liam Harper
Keyser, in a sense we were VERY lucky. As for the bus, it was meant to go past one of those stations. Venn
Well I'm just tired that everytime something like this happens, the debate here is always the same. "We should withdraw" and "No, the terrorists won't stop". I say **** it all I'm tired. Like we'll ever change anything and we should realize it doesn't really matter as it's always those in power fighting over whatever they wanna fight over at the time. If troops can be withdrawn then it would be nice that they do so. Even if the dictators deserve to fall, let their own people do it. Otherwise it would never work. Democracy? Who cares, let them decide. You wanna help people, try to do something in Africa. Seeing as there's nothing there for the big powers to take, it's no wonder they don't care. nuts
I still feel that the attack was poorly coordinated for Al-Quaeda standards. Especially the bomb on the bus strikes me as odd. I think this is caused by the fact that the UK has very good anti-terror measurements and have foiled some attacks before. There probably wasn't enough time or room to plan an attack. I am not worried about England though, unlike other countries in the region, it has what it takes to take the right course.
