NEO-BAHAMUT-
Hay up. Some of you may have seen a thread I started yesterday regarding younger players and whether you can win the league with really good young players. Anyway in the thread I spoke about how my young players werent up to scratch yet for playing in the Premier league and how can I get them good really quickly. One thing I have thought about which I wanted your opinion about what If I was to buy older players who are getting ready to retire that were really good in their prime. Would they be willing to tutor my 'young uns' and would this make them develop better? I've also just had my youth and training facilities approved of getting them upgraded so hoping this will also work. Any other ideas and comments please let me know. Super Bladesman
You might want to take a look at this thread over in the Tactics and Training Section. SFraser talked about youth development a lot, and discusses mentoring as part of his overall approach to it.
