FulhamFC1879 Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 just was wondering if anyone has ever their goalkeeper sent off, in all my years playing football manager ive never had a goalkeeper sent off, but my mate only brought the game a week ago and he reckons he had his keeper sent off....??? The only way keepers are sent off in this game is this slowly sliding out of the box thing which is either a bug or a very poor animation. I've never seen a GK committing a foul. Äktsjon Männ Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 Never had a GK on the bench either. Played at least a total of 20 seasons of FM12 now. I wouldn't say it's a problem at all. The sending offs are still very, very rare. You're more likely to get one injured but I think even this has happened only once for me, twice tops. PenS66 Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 Well, there were times when goalkeepers were sent off for professional fouls (CM 01-02 for example). But it's been taken out for some reason. kensteidel Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 The two times in FM2012 that havent had a keeper as a sub, once because of being unable to register a new keeper, and once because of an injured 1st and 2nd keeper, my keeper got sent off and i had to play an outfield player in goal.
