el sid
Bias is a noun. You're looking for the adjective 'biased'.

Crazy_T
also I am extremely biased as both a striker and a man united fan
jmr
Looked like he wanted to touch it down then bang it to me but was off balance. But he could have meant it, I just dunno....
dafuge
I think he meant it. If he didn't, what is he trying to do, control it or pass it?
SCIAG
Bias is a noun. You're looking for the adjective 'biased'. Or he's misplaced a couple of clarifying commas, "no bias, Man United fans, please"
LokedOut420
I think he meant it. If he didn't, what is he trying to do, control it or pass it? this really. there is no reason he would try to control it there.
IMT
Oh without question he meant that, gobsmacked it is even being debated
Chris Ritchie
He makes no attempt to stay on his feet. If he wanted to control the ball he wouldn't have been happy to fall to the ground.
el sid
Or he's misplaced a couple of clarifying commas, "no bias, Man United fans, please" That would make his post read yes or no, no bias, man utd fans, please. Not sure if thats what he meant
jamez91
I don't think he meant it.
dafuge
Maybe his first intention was to control it, but it looks like it changes as soon as he starts turning away from the ball.

Jorg
He makes no attempt to stay on his feet. If he wanted to control the ball he wouldn't have been happy to fall to the ground. That is an interesting point actually.

McMaster#28
He probably meant it to come off his instep rather than his heel, but he meant to shoot.
CaptainPlanet
I think he did, yes. Was similar to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gJrmGqqdDm0
HisHolyHighness
Look at him, look at how he's positioned, his foot, where he is looking, him falling to the ground, the colour of his shorts. Of course he meant it. Heres a question: What else was he meant to be doing? Controlling it? And then what, after he's fell to the ground, doing the worm into the net. I think he meant. noikeee
I hate Man Utd and have no sympathy at all for England. He meant it.
craigcwwe
Definitely meant it imo, think he meant to get the inside of his foot on the ball rather than his heel, but it went in thankfully.

bell
Who cares... it nestled in the onion bag and that's all that matters. Couldnt care less if he had prodded it home with the top of his penis. BTW, he meant it

englandmanager
who cares we won 3-2 move on lucas radebe once scored a scissor kick in europe for leeds, still nobody is sure if he fell or he meant it, the goal still counted

ubos
He meant it but it was a bit of a lucky touch as he lost his balance.
foofighter23
looked to me like he tried to control it with his right, shielding it from the keeper and slotting it in with his left. he knew it was in when it hit him tho.

He was going down, why would you try and control a bal when your balance is going. He knew he would not control it and just aimed to get a goalbound hit as most strikers would. Whether he was lucky it went in is a more valid question but no chance he was just trying to control it.

Pukey
I can't tell tbh. If he did mean it (and I'm leaning towards believing he did mean it) then it's a brilliant goal. I'm not his biggest fan at all and wouldn't have been bothered if he wasn't called up, but he's really impressed me so far. Glad he's proved me wrong. Zvonimir Boban
He was going down, why would you try and control a bal when your balance is going. Eh? His balance is only going because he tries to backheel it in I'm pretty sure he meant it and it's definitely more deliberate than that Bergkamp goal against Newcastle at any rate. People's perceptions are being clouded by the fact that he's looked a bit rubbish so far.

snootyjim
Because he's a young, inexperienced player, it's easy to pass it off as unintentional. If it had been Ibrahimovic at the other end nobody would have suggested it was unintentional.
LokedOut420
I've yet to see anybody explain why he'd be trying to control in that position rather than try to get something on target
Romanista1994
I've yet to see anybody explain why he'd be trying to control in that position rather than try to get something on target This.
