zagaluke
Hey, I was just wondering is it possible to train your players to new positions in FMC? Thanks
Administrators Lucas Posted November 9, 2012 Administrators Share Posted November 9, 2012 Just play them there, and they will learn it.
zagaluke
Can they become natural? I've played a few players that are accomplished in a position there for 2 seasons and they haven't become natural...
Beardeye
Can they become natural? I've played a few players that are accomplished in a position there for 2 seasons and they haven't become natural... i've got an 18 year old natural DC/ accomplished DMC who I have played at DMC for 22 matches this season and still no change. is it possible for players to become natural if you keep at it? Administrators Lucas Posted January 11, 2013 Administrators Share Posted January 11, 2013 It just takes time. I've had examples of a number of players becoming natural in a position (AMC to MC, AMR to MR, DMC to MC). They will get there but takes time, exactly how long depends on each player I'm afraid. So keep at it
Toney
I've had Villa get natural AML, and Dani Alves/Jordi Alba get natural DR/DL after a full season (maybe before, I didn't check). It works.
EdH1977
Hey bit of a newbie question.... but if I have a AM and then I play him as a RM, does it add the RM to his postions or does it replace the AM with RM.... if you know what I mean!!! Bascially do the positions get added to his current poisitions or overide what he already has?! Thx
Administrators Lucas Posted February 7, 2013 Administrators Share Posted February 7, 2013 If he is natural in AM to begin with, then he will just learn RM and keep that. If he then learns (let's say, LM), he could lose the RM rating depending on hidden attributes.
EdH1977
OK, cool... thanks Lucas.
ohmydaze
Works a treat, I like my wingers to switch positions and it really doesnt take long for them to show as both AML/AMR. If they dont play for a while then they lose whatever one isnt so natural to them though.
chob
I wondered how this worked at 1st but I just kept playing them in the position I wanted them to learn and they learned it automatically. Some even learned a new position after just 10 matches.
EdH1977
While you are playing them out of position to try and get him to learn the new position, does that effect their performance?
Administrators Lucas Posted February 22, 2013 Administrators Share Posted February 22, 2013 It's the same as in FM, if they are playing in a position they are less comfortable in they may not play as well.
