Gratch Posted April 19, 2014 Share Posted April 19, 2014 Hi All Been playing FMC 13 for a few months now, and still haven't found (either through in game trial and error, or through forums) a definitive answer to my following question... In FMC 13 there are no coaches, so does your AM do all the training, or does DoF or HoYD play any part in it? Either way, do their coaching skills have an impact on how well FMC players progress? Basically, it boils down to: does my assistant managers coaching stats make any difference to how well my players train / progress in FMC13, or not?
