georginho_juventusygr
Brazil apparently see Italy as a big threat, England a small one, the Netherlands a no-threat. http://skift.com/2014/05/27/brazilian-health-officials-raid-world-cup-hotels-find-expired-food-in-kitchens/

PMLF
It's pretty pathetic how hotels can let this happen when they are about to receive their most important guests ever...

Rhino
Well, the English team should definitely make sure to have condoms on them, as they'll be getting screwed three times in Brazil.
Confused Clarity
wait, Brazilian hotels have to provide guests with condoms...BY LAW?! Considering how Brazil is one of the major sex tourism capitals of the world, it's probably a good thing.
Águia
Considering how Brazil is one of the major sex tourism capitals of the world, it's probably a good thing. Not because of that. One of the few good things Brazil has are the campaigns against STDs. It is better and cheaper to give you free condom, even if you're not using, than treat you for STDs. PMLF
Indeed, Brazil is one of the most successful countries in the world when it comes to campaigns against STDs, including AIDS.

PMLF
suppose birth control as well a reason No, not really a reason. Birth control happened mainly due to changing habits, television, urbanization, etc.. Nowadays we have population growth below reposition level. Águia
suppose birth control as well a reason No, it is part of the STDs campaign. You can also get free syringe in health centres if you are a drug addict.
Red_Arrow
I guess Brazilian hotels are taking inspiration from wherever the Tottenham team ate the other year.
