kingtut313
My team is on a terrible backslide and every game there is usually 3-4 of my top players who say they are finding it difficult to motivate themselves while my current captain is the captain. I know how touchy the player morales have been this year so I'm wondering has anybody switched armbands midseason on FM15? I don't want a mutiny on my hands but if I can possibly switch captains so my star strikers will perform, I'll do it.
cleaner475
I told Wilshere I wanted to replace him as captain as I had better options at the club (it was around October/November time), he said okay, I stripped him of the captaincy and put Gareth Bale as captain instead. No issues at all
DazRTaylor
No. I am scared of player interactions as they seem to be just pure RNG, so I don't bother.

Double0Seven
Did it once and all my players complained. Team meeting, promises, morale etc. Everything was ruined. But they got back in a few months. Would do it in pre season
Gandy
That is what I like to call a 'morale hand-grenade.'
Terrance
I sold my vice captain (his request to move to another club midseason) and everyone complained. Will never do it again.
