joestriker Posted February 14, 2015 Share Posted February 14, 2015 Its been a while since i posted... I have a question I hope i can get help with. I just got a copy of fm15 today. I see that when adding a manager you choose what kind of manager you are. From reading up, it tells me that if i start with no qualifications I can go on coaching courses and boost up attributes on the tracksuit manager side. What about my tactical manager attributes... how do the attributes go up? I cant take courses for that nor can I suddenly become an international player. How do these attributes increase or do they increase at all if i start as a sunday league player. cheers Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

My club cant afford to send me on a coaching course but both my coaching/mental stats are slowly increasing, 3 seasons in i'm upto a 6 attribute in some areas from a starting base of 1 or 2 so just having experience increases them by itself.
