are the clubs with the II at the end actual clubs or more of a sort of minor league team of the big club. im just asking because im thinking of using them in a save.

They're basically a B team. They can move up leagues (but not into the same league), and in some cases buy players. However, their players can be taken into the top team at any time

This is what becomes a little frustrating when you manage a B team. Think of it as like managing an amateur side. Soon as your best players get noticed, they go elsewhere. In this case, the senior team.

There are other rules, for example, not having more than 3 or 4 players over the age of 23 in your match day squad.

Also B teams cannot compete in the leagues cup competitions, so you end up just playing league games throughout the season. Could get a little monotonous in my opinion.

Having said that, if you were to perform to a very high standard and the Senior team boss gets sacked or leaves, you could get the nod for their job over someone else. Think Guardiola and Zidane.

I can prob run a test. sim a couple seasons and do well, i can always edit my place in the division. then terminate the main clubs manager and apply and see if its any diff then applying for a normal job
