This is what becomes a little frustrating when you manage a B team. Think of it as like managing an amateur side. Soon as your best players get noticed, they go elsewhere. In this case, the senior team.

There are other rules, for example, not having more than 3 or 4 players over the age of 23 in your match day squad.

Also B teams cannot compete in the leagues cup competitions, so you end up just playing league games throughout the season. Could get a little monotonous in my opinion.

Having said that, if you were to perform to a very high standard and the Senior team boss gets sacked or leaves, you could get the nod for their job over someone else. Think Guardiola and Zidane. ;)

Does the game treat a B team manager in any special way when it comes to that or is he considered an outsider like everyone else? Does the 2nd team get annoyed if he declares interest in the job?
