HUNT3R Posted February 16, 2016 Share Posted February 16, 2016 Depends how you're scouting him. If it's a one-off report, it'll be a one-off knowledge increase. If it's over time/a few matches, it'll increase over time as the scout watches him to gain knowledge. Doing a report card every time will only get you up to a certain % or increase it by a certain %, not sure which. After that, it'll have no further effect.
