Becoming an actual manager.

1. Taking the boys out after a derby win or after winning the league.

2. Becoming a MNF pundit or an international games expert. Just to give out a few views on the matches played.

3. Things to actually spend the manager contract money on. Apartments, Bonuses, etc

4. Becoming a short term coach for either a season or for a few months.

5. Brand endorsements, Magazine interviews( Getting to know the human being that you are), Book deals, etc

6.  Manager handshakes or leaving the games early. ( a la Jose Mourinho )

Edit:

7. Manager to choose the jersey to play in. Sometimes the jersey clash and are just not appropriate.

The possibilities are limitless.

Number 3 is a big no, no! from the rules of this forum... "Unless of course it's a request for the game to become 'Football Chairman', allow the manager to spend their own money or to do any other task a Football Manager simply would never do. "

But I like 1, 2, 5 & 6.

I feel it  adds to the game like being able to pay for coaching courses... Well, being able to buy a club is nice, you will still be a manager but in charge of everything, you can have as many scouts you want, set transfer and wage budgets (you will have to keep an eye on the balance sheet yourself, you might get into administration)
