My head of youth development has the stats to be a good assistant manager - JPA, JPP, Motivating, Tactics, Man Management - but if I hire him as the AM, he's got a lowly .5 star rating for the job. After about a year, he was up to 1.5 stars. So he's learning on the job. I'm still curious if it makes any real difference. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

The star rating is a scoring of their attributes for the job (attributes involved plus their suitability for the job description) For scouts you will see a notable difference as more stars = more scouting slots When you see the star rating improve over time thats because the attributes are improving, including their CA.
