Erith22 Posted June 10, 2017 Share Posted June 10, 2017 I'm playing a Sheff Wed save, and struggling how to leverage Jordan Rhodes. He starts the game on a loan to transfer deal already in place. He's going to be a fixture in Sheffield and I can't stop it (for an Championship insane 7M Euros). He's a very good player at this level. But he lacks several key attributes I want in a striker. He's not very pacey nor does he have good acceleration. He's not a jumper, and he's not technically anything special. He's basically a fantastic finisher who can do little else at an above average rate. The game says Advanced Forward is his best role, but since that comes with 'Runs with ball often' and he has an 11 dribbling, it makes for a ton of lost balls. He likes to beat the trap, but he's slow, and again, not a great dribbler, so defenders can catch up to him. He's fabulous if I can get him the ball in the box, but I can't figure out how to do that since he's neither quick enough nor big enough. Thoughts?
