Fm Touch is clearly not up to date as it contains no transfers or promotion/relegation from season 17/18 Officially nor does the full version, however the data editor keeps this up to date. There has never been additional data updates past the Winter Transfer Update. The data editor and "updates" for those are completely unofficial. The only, and latest version you can get is the current version that is out. And transfers are correct as of when the seasons started for the current season, and mid-season. Can't say fairer than that. So, bit strange that is "old news" - the next season version isn't out yet. What is actually out of date is when you are playing with "updated" transfers, promotions and relegations for season 18/19 when the game you're on is for the 17/18 season. If you want to use the Editor with your own personal edits and cheats etc, use the full version. Updated official data comes with the new releases as always. Thanks.
