Haowan
if you haven't started the real game yet, could you change the trim colour of my first kit to black? thanks

BP_Doosra
Looks good so far although Cusco Athletico is predicted to come 10th and are the lowest valued club (I think) but with a "Very Determined" youngish squad I think we can exceed our expectations. Great stuff so far, KUTGW.
corinthiano
I dont think the media prediction is too relevant. I set the Last Position in the Editor in the order of sign-up entry and the media predictions are the same as the last years league positions. And the club value is determined by the value of the players you ve picked as all the rest is the same in all clubs.
birdy123
This has potential to be epic.
donners365
CDT look fine to me! Was a bit worried about a prediction of 9th in a 12 team league, but if it's only based on last years positions then that's not so bad! Can't wait to see how Los Osos perform!!! Man City Supporter
Could you please make the blue on Ciudad's Home Kit a bit lighter? Preferebly, the same shade of blue as Man City's home kit.

Will you be posting screenies of the squads and any promising regens when the full game starts? Also, what's the relegation system? Is it just a case of bottom two go straight down or play-offs? Or is it done on 'average points'?

League and update formats will be explained in the introductory post, and after that I ll be taking suggestions for improvements. Am just doing the test seasons and only one big issua came up. The qualification for South American football is not really working with non-league sides qualifying. I think I know what the problem is so hopefully it can be started soon. corinthiano
As I m still trying to figure out what the problem with continental qualification is the deadline for change requests has benn prolonged until further notice. I will aslo do the introductory post with league + update format suggestion in a bit.
corinthiano
Problem corrected, all sides are qualifying for the Libertadores and Sudamericana normally Will set up club rivalries and do little corrections in the edtior and then we can get started
JoseRR
Great news, good work mate, out of interest what wasa the problem or was it quite complicated? Can't wait to start now!
corinthiano
Before this introductory post I would like to thank you for signing-up for this game and would also like to thank all messages of support I have become. And now lets get to it!! And the General says "Let's go" The League The general decided that he liked the format previously used in the Peruvian league as it was very straight forward. He didnt want to confuse his people any more, as they were already scratching their heads at how so many world class stadiums and players suddenly appeared in Peru (The General told everyone he became investment from abroad, the cheeky bugger!!) The league rules are as follows: - Each team plays each other 4 times, totalling a number of 44 games for each side - The team with the most points wins the league, as simple as that! - The Champion and Runner-Up qualify for the Copa Libertadores proper, while the third placed team qualifies for the Preliminary Stage - The 4th and 5th placed sides get into the Copa Sudamericana - The bottom two sides are relegated - The squad can have a maximu of 3 foreign players (Thats why I only allowed everyone to choose two foreigners, it will be interesting to see who the third foreign player becomes) - The season runs from the beginning of March until Mid-December - There are two transfer windows: 1st January - 31st March and 1st July - 31st August - There is no cup competitions The Rivalries Like every proper passionate Latin American country, there is a lot of rivalry in Peru, especially in the new Superliga. Here are the 4 rivalry groups: The Capital Rivalry Clubs: Lima, LW FC, Westfields FC, World Starz All 4 Lima clubs are based in different parts of the city, reaching out to different societies. Lima (the football club) is the located in the central business district and its followers are rich and poweful businessmen. LW FC is located in the eastern side of Lima, where it has received the following of the favela inhabitans of the area. The Nickname "The Warriors" simbolizes the fighting spirit of the working class. Westfields FC have also got a working class supporting, but from the favelas in the western side of the city, close to Limas own Hollywood. World Starz are followed by all famous Peruvian artists, who are only famous in Peru, but are nevertheless stars. The Southern Rivalry Clubs: Atletico Arequipa and Puno Arequipa and Puno are both located in the south of the country, but the cities differ in many ways. Arequipa is a coastel city, considered to be the most hip and culturally modern in Peru. Puno are based in a lake in the Andes and are a veryconservative folk. The huge difference in life styles of these two cities result in a deep hate. The Andes Rivalry Clubs: Cusco Athletico, Los Incas, Mayobamba C.F. Cusco, probably the most famous city after Lima, where Machu Picchu is located and a place of great tradition. But due to the money coming in through tourism the city has been divided between the one that profited from it and the ones that have been exploited as a result of it. This divide also occurs in the footballing world. Los Incas represent the original indigenous population in the city, while Cusco Athletico represent all the people that have actually moved on and are living in the modern world. The recent surge in the economy of Mayobamba hasnt pleased any inhabitant of Cusco. The city now represent a majour threat in tourism terms and now they want to take their share in the footballing world as well. The Northern Rivals Clubs: CDT, Ciudad and Norte Chico Trujillo and Huaraz both claim to be the richest cities after Lima, and they could argue all day about it. Both cities agree on one thing though, that Huanuco is a really good source of exploitation. Businessmen of Trujillo and Huaraz have exploited the poor living conditions of the Huanuco population and have been able to get their inhabitants to move to factories in their respective cities to work for very little money. The Huanuco mayor was getting very frustrated until he heard the plans for the new Superliga. He saw it as a great chance to improve the economy in the city and get back at the other two "snobs" Update Format Hopefully the story has gotten you excited, I know I am looking forward to some banter!! Now I will explain how I want to do my updates: The updates will be made on a quarterly basis. This means there will be a sign-up on the following in-game dates: 1st April 1st July 1st October 1st January I will post an update as the game loads up in the first season with Club Info and Squad, but after that updates will be posted on the above order during the seasons. Every update will have the following info: - League Table - Squad (so you can see how many appearances/goals every player has made) - Star Players Watch: I am sure you will be wanting to know how the top South American players you chose are doing. I will give a shor update on each reporting on form, interest, injuries, general happyness etc. - Random Info: Anything interesting that comes up along the way In each quarterly update there will also be different information April 1st - Transfer Window Update: Consists of a screenie of transfer history plus profile of top signing - Promising Regen: Will consist of a screenie of the most promising regen that has come up through the youth system that year. July 1st - Libertadores Watch: A report on the Peruvian teams in the Libertadores October 1st - Transfer Window Update: Consists of a screenie of transfer history plus profile of top signing January 1st - Sudamericana Watch: Report on Peruvian teams performances in the Copa Sudamericana - End of Season Review: Fans Player of the Year for each side and Season Summary Special mention in the January 1st Update has to go to all time rankings. I will post these two ranking: All-Time Points Ranking: A sum points achieved along all seasons Placar Ranking: This one is based on the Ranking made by Brazilian football magazine PLacar. Points are given according to league positions and they are: 1st: 10pts. 2nd: 9pts. 3rd: 8pts. 4th: 7pts. 5th: 6pts. 6th: 5pts. 7th: 4pts. 8th: 3pts. 9th: 2pts. 10th: 1pt. There will be no points for a finish below 10th. I think that adding these two ranking will make it more fun in the long run as you can track your all-time progress and see if you were the best team in the history of the Superliga!! Any suggestions for more information on updates or information that is a bit over the top are welcome. I will post all the screenies for the initial update as soon as I have loaded the game up. Let the fun commence!!

Samuel Vimes
Looks very good. I don't know about the others, but I think I'd like to have some information about how the year's matches between Arequipa and Puno went - just results, nothing exceptional. Just to further rub their faces in it after we take the league title and win all four games against them in the first season.
JoseRR
This sounds really well thought out, so wp! Here's hoping the first season will be a great starting point! Oh and 'mon Lima - team of the wealthy buisness class! \0/

I'll mark your words when the Puno panthers win the league by beating Arequipa. corinthiano
Initial Club Information Screen Shots I have decided to only post the Club Information Screens at first, as it is pretty pointless to post the squads at the moment considering they will only be consisted of the players you picked. The post-transfer window update will come up soon so you ll get the chance to see your squad then (hopefully with some signings.
