Started out with Hamburg with a different tactic, spent 6½ seasons there before getting sacked. Took over Bournemouth in february. They were 19th and sadly I couldn't prevent relegation. But got promoted the season after, then 7th, 4th, 3rd, 4th, 1st and 1st.
