MadCatPT Posted October 30, 2018 Share Posted October 30, 2018 Hi, I'm almost with 500k in the bank in the Vanarama South, no loans, but my board refuses youth facilities upgrade due to the state of the finances. Have the value for upgrading the youth facilities changed? I have basic youth facilities. Can't also get any Junior Coaching or Youth Recruitment improvement. Could this be a bug?
