I am 12 games into the season, currently sitting at 4th with my team which was expected to have a top half finish only. Board is very happy with the results. Players are happy with how things going, and they are all happy or content with training. Only 2 players with 'slight' concern about playing time. I have two mentor groups assigned by my assman and nothing out of harmony is happening there as far as I can see. But the squad harmony is 48% only. It was 55% at some point, and started dropping in the last few weeks little by little, and I don't know what to do. Any ideas? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
